Growth Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion processes. This role will play a critical part in scaling our marketing efforts, ensuring leads are engaged and converted into sales, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience throughout their journey.

- Increasing leads: Identifying and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract a steady stream of high-quality leads.
- Boosting revenue: Optimizing conversion rates and average order value to increase revenue.
- Monitoring funnel: Tracking and analyzing key metrics throughout the customer journey to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee lead generation activities, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Oversee and optimize the entire marketing funnel, from lead acquisition to conversion.
- Develop and maintain a lead nurturing process to engage leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing & sales team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Analyze and interpret marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and customer teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Measure and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements
Proven 5 years of managerial experiences in marketing, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in the edutech or online education industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of Capital market, wealth, and financial content is a plus.
A deep understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics, coupled with proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Proven expertise in Digital Ads Specialist, Performance Marketing, SEO or SEM Specialist, etc. Mastery of Google Ads & social media ads (especially Meta & TikTok) on a technical level. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google My Business.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
